Ziggs Counter: Ziggs is a long range mage who deals a lot of Area of Effect Damage and has a strong zone control game for the same reasons. Bouncing Bomb is great for farming and harass, but Ziggs can be out of mana very easily if he does not manage the usage of his abilities with his mana. Similar to Xerath, all of Ziggs’ damage is dodgeable, so aim is key. Hexplosive Minefield and Satchel Charge offer incredible zone control, but limited escape options. Prioritize CDR, and use these abilities wisely.

Tips To Deal With Ziggs Counter 8.19

1) Ziggs ultimate Mega Inferno Bomb deals massive damage, even increased at the center so try staying away from its location which will appear on the map with a red indicator.

2) Do not step on Zigg’s E/Hexplosive Minefield as it will deal damage as well as slow you making it only easier for him to land more of his abilities.

3) Try maintaining a distance from the minions, so he has to choose as to whether use his Q/Bouncing Bomb on damaging you or pushing the wave.

4) Go for assassin picks against Ziggs like Fizz, Talon or Zed which have an insane amount of burst and play very passively in the early game, maybe even losing a few minions early as the goal is to stay healthy and let him push a bit. After you level up and gain your abilities look to engage on him and run him down the lane while securing a kill with ignite and/or flash.
